Vendor Tables

There is a $75.00 fee to rent a table at the event . The money will go directly to the Breast Cancer event. Whatever you sell or develop at your table is yours.

Your table will be approximately 6ft and will be covered with white table cloth and skirt around table. The vendor table will be set up in the atrium outside of the Grand ball room at the Embassy Suites Hotel.

You can arrive at the hotel 8:00 am to set up through the main doors and check in at the registration desk. The vendor tables will be open from 10:00am – 1:00pm. The event and lunch will begin at 1:00 pm and the tables can stay open until the end. That is up to you. Your name will be on your table to start setting up. You can stay open as long as you like through the event. Your company will be displayed in the event program as part of the Vendor Directory. We anticipate over 500 guests.

Tickets for the Luncheon Fashion Show event are normally $50.00 a seat, however if you would like to attend the event and buy tickets please contact us. As a sponsor of the vendor tables you will receive a $10.00 discount on the Luncheon tickets – cost is $40.00. Just mention Code VSP on the phone or add it to the cart below.
